The House is divided into two equal parts each on three levels. .One part forms a separate apartment house containing four apartments each with one or two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room with kitchen area. and the other a spacious apartment for private residential purposes. All the apartments have either a terrace or a balcony. and each apartment has been designed to that it can have its own independent metres and heating system .There are solid wood fittings, locally crafted iron work, a granite staircase and wooden and ceramic floorings. |

The second part is the luxurious residential apartment...On the ground floor there is big living room with a beautiful stove and big balcony..The living room is connected to the dining room and big modern kitchen. There is also a master bedroom with a large bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with their own bathrooms. On the lower ground floor is big spacious room with farm stove, separate lavatories, an exit onto the terrace and into the lovely garden. In the basement there is also space for sauna laundry room and storage.
There are fantastic views from the property and you can see to Trigalv, Jelovica, Crna prts, Vogel and on ski resort Kobla. |
